Things that I can thank my kids for...

I can probably add a "Part 1" to the title, because I imagine that there will be a lot of things I'll come up with under this category as my blogging adventure goes on.  For now, though, this one will be short, because a picture speaks a thousand words.  Before the picture and its preceding explanation, I should warn my readers (all 3 of you) that if you are uncomfortable discussing female anatomy, my anatomy specifically, skip this blog post.  You have been warned.

I noticed after having K that there was some, ahem....asymmetry going on, physically speaking.  I remember asking my Ob/Gyn about it at a follow up appointment and her advice was less than helpful, considering that both of my girls refused to get their sustenance the "natural" way.  She basically said to feed my next child from the larger side more often...that will help balance things out.  I guess since A didn't go the nursing route either, things just got worse.  Of course, I didn't realize just how much worse it was until I saw this lovely picture that a former classmate posted on Facebook post-reunion.

Hmmm...moral of that story?  All people taking a picture with me must stand on my left side from here on out.  Ugh!

TMI....sorry, but I figured that we could all use a laugh :)....

  1. OH Aimee, I'm dying along with you here! I just saw a picture of me in a bathing suit (GASP) from Liam's Signal Bay birthday party & was so taken aback! I had just finished feeding Owen, he only nursed from one side & let's just say that that point is extremely obvious in the picture! Talk about lopsided! My face is burning just thinking about it now :)
